We started Pop Shop Sydney with a passion for desserts and all things unique. Our aim is to gain inspiration from our surrounding as well as wonderful experiences traveling the world, and to create that into a popsicle flavour.

A popsicle isn't just a popsicle to us, we create flavours that not only transports you back to your childhood but also to places you are yet to travel and experience.

We began our journey in organic markets and now we specialize in creating custom popsicles for any occasion and any event. We pride ourselves on being niche and that ensures all our popsicles are handmade to perfection.
